2026 Saturday Morning Swim Stroke Clinics
Swim Stroke Clinics will be offered again in 2026 by Coach Maja. The clinics are great for swimmers who want additional instruction to improve their stroke technique. The clinics will be held at Kingsley on Saturday mornings before the pool opens. Clinics will be taught by certified swim instructor Maja Gottlieb. She will also have additional coaches at the clinics to help her. Please see her full bio and contact information below.

Cost: $25/swimmer. Paid directly to Coach Maja upon arrival before clinic begins (cash, check, venmo: @majagottlieb, zelle)
Other Info: There needs to be a minimum of 4 attendees. 24 hour cancellation notice is required.
Stroke Clinic A (Bronze, Silver, and Gold Swimmer Groups):
Time: 9am – 10am (ARRIVE 8:45am)
Dates:
- 5/23: Freestyle & Backstroke including starts and turns
- 5/30: Breaststroke and Butterfly including starts and turns
- 6/06: IM Team Drills & Relays
- 6/13: Advanced Freestyle & Backstroke (Techniques and Body Positioning)
- 6/20: Advanced Breaststroke and Butterfly (IM Relays)
Stroke Clinic B (Blue & White Swimmer Groups):
Time: 10am – 11am (ARRIVE 9:45am)
Dates: 5/23, 5/30, 6/06, 6/13, 6/20
***IMPORTANT***: After signing up for the "B" clinic, reach out to Maja (contact info below) so she can understand the skill level of your swimmer and be prepared for the clinic as the participants skill levels may vary.
Clinics are not advised for Junior Dolphins needing more hands on lessons. We recommend reaching out to Maja or one of the coaches to coordinate private or small group lessons directly.
Maja is a certified swim instructor. Her experience includes working at Concourse Athletic Club as a private swim instructor, Masters Coach, and offering personal sessions of Aquatic Neuro Performance Therapy. Her certifications are US Masters Swimming, Red Cross Water Safety Instructor, USA Triathlon Coach, CPR/ First Aid, and Master Practitioner in Neuro Performance Therapy. Her Athletic background includes several years of participation in Sprint, Olympic, and Ironman Triathlons. She is a graduate of The University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science degree. Her Neuroscience education provides her the ability to work with all levels of swimmers including stroke rehabilitation and injury recovery. Maja offers private lessons for all ages and skill levels. She will work with beginner swimmers who need to get comfortable in the water or have a difficult time placing their head in the water to the advanced swimmers who want to work on form and improve all four stroke techniques. She is available on weekdays and weekends.
